Hello!

Welcome to my website. I'm Saxon Bullock, and I'm a freelance writer, journalist and proofreader currently based in Manchester. I’ve been working as a freelance for over eight years, I’ve written extensively about science fiction and film in national magazines and online, and I've also built up plenty of experience in the realm of assessing and proofreading novels. You can find a more in-depth listing of my experience on my CV here.

I'm available for freelance writing or proofreading work, and I've had over five years experience of assessing manuscripts for publication - if you have a project that needs a final polish, or a book that you're trying to get published, go to the Work section of the site to find out how I may be able to help. You can read about my background on the About pages, you can contact me with any questions or work-related enquiries, while if you’re interested in my fiction writing, I’m represented by the John Jarrold Literary Agency.

On this website, you’ll also find a large selection of my past work in journalism and reviewing, along with details of my fiction writing, short films I’ve written and directed, and much more.

Thanks, and I hope you enjoy the site!
